Any policy form, insurance certificate, printed attachment or consumer credit insurance endorsement form to be delivered or issued for delivery, must be previously presented to the Commissioner and approved by the latter.\nIn addition to the grounds mentioned in § 1112 of this title, the Commissioner may disallow any consumer credit insurance policy form, application, addition or endorsement of the consumer credit insurance form if the benefits provided therein are not adequate in relation to the premium, regardless of what is provided in § 1202 of this title.\nHistory —Ins.
