(1) The Board of Directors of any health services organization may include providers, private persons or both.\n(2) Said Board of Directors shall establish a procedure that will afford the subscribers the opportunity to participate in the direction and operation of the health services organization by establishing advisory committees, the use of advice by consultation or the use of any other procedure in the fundamental decisions. Said procedures shall be submitted to the Commissioner for his approval before they are used.\nHistory —Ins.
