With the exception of the investments made pursuant to the provisions of clauses (a) and (b) of subsection (1) and subsection (2) of § 1905 of this title, the investment of its funds that may be made by the health services organization shall be made only in securities or other investments permitted by the laws of Puerto Rico for the investment of assets which constitute the legal reserve of life insurance companies or such other securities or investments as the Commissioner may permit.\nHistory —Ins.
