Within the thirty days following the effective date of this act, any automobile club or association operating in Puerto Rico under the provisions of this subchapter shall file in the Office of the Commissioner, in the form provided by him for such purposes, an application for a license or certificate of authority to continue operating in Puerto Rico; and any automobile club or association desiring to start operations as such thereafter under the provisions of this subchapter, before commencing such operations, shall likewise make the corresponding application and obtain its license or certificate of authority from the Commissioner.\nHistory —Ins.
