Every automobile club or association shall file in the Office of the Commissioner, on or before March 31 of each year, a financial statement in the form and manner prescribed by the Commissioner, signed under oath by its president or one of its principal officers, showing its financial condition as of the preceding December 31.\nHistory —Ins.
