(a) Any person violating this subchapter shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment in jail for not more than six (6) months, or both penalties.\n(b) Administrative fines.— The Commissioner may impose administrative fines of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) for any violation of this subchapter, after a hearing.\nHistory —Ins.
