The provisions of §§ 2123–2134 of this title shall constitute a separate subchapter, which shall be applicable to service contracts, as defined below. All reference to 'this subchapter' shall refer to the provisions of these sections. Except for those provisions of this Code expressly stated in this subchapter to apply to service contracts, and by Subchapters I and II, the other provisions of this Code shall not be applicable to said contracts.\nHistory —Ins.
