(1) All provisions of the Insurance Code not in conflict with this chapter shall govern in so far as they are applicable to insurers of mortgage loans insurance.\n(2) If any provision of this chapter or the application of such provision to any circumstance is adjudged invalid, the remainder of the chapter or the application of the provision to other circumstances shall not be affected.\nHistory —Ins.
