All unclaimed funds contained in the report required under § 2604 of this title, except those which have ceased to be unclaimed funds, shall be payable to the Commissioner on or before the following December 20; as of said date, the payment of legal interest shall be imposed on the indebted sum, in addition to any sanctions provided in the Code, as it corresponds.\nHistory —Ins.
