Upon making the payment of unclaimed funds to the Commissioner the latter shall cover same into the general funds of the Commonwealth Treasury. The insurer who makes such payments shall be released from all liability or any claim or claims existing at that moment, with regard to unclaimed funds or that hereinafter be made or that may arise on or in connection with any of such unclaimed funds.\nHistory —Ins.
