The Commissioner shall have absolute discretion to accept or reject any claim. If a claim is rejected or no action is taken thereon within the ninety (90) days following the receipt of the claim, the claimant may solicit from the Court of First Instance an order, with notice to the Commissioner, so that the latter shows, within the term of thirty (30) days, cause whereby he has not accepted and paid the claim.\nHistory —Ins.
