(1) No person may file, present, offer, participate in or help to file, present or offer any false document, information, statement or report in order to obtain an insurance policy.\n(2) Any person who knowingly incurs in the acts described above shall be deemed to have committed fraud for the purpose of this chapter.\nHistory —Ins.
