(1) Any alternative dispute resolution process, including mediation, shall be an alternative to settle disputes that arise from an investigation or before the consideration of the Commissioner.(2) The Commissioner shall determine which disputes, issues, or conflicts are eligible for an alternative dispute resolution process.(3) These processes shall be governed by the regulations promulgated by the Commissioner to such effects.
