No natural or juridical person may be a member of an insurance cooperative under the provisions of this chapter, if said person has had his/her license cancelled in accordance with the provisions of §§ 949–953i of this title, or is under investigation toward that end by the Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —Ins.
