All underwriters substituted or added to a Lloyd’s insurer subsequent to issuance of its certificate of authority, shall be subject to the same obligations and liabilities as the organizing or original underwriters, as if they had signed the original power of attorney and other original documents of the insurer on file with the Commissioner.\nHistory —Ins.
