(1) The reports from inspection made by or on behalf of the Association, shall be available to the members of the Association, the Commissioner and, with respect to their own applications, to the applicant for insurance.\n(2) Neither the Association, nor its agents or employees, nor the insurers, nor the Commissioner or his authorized representatives shall be held responsible for statements made by them in good faith in any report or communication on risks insured or to be insured by the Association, or on administrative hearings in relation to same.\nHistory —Ins.
