The rates and premiums charged on insurance policies to which this chapter applies shall include that portion which is sufficient to recover an amount equal to the sums which the member insurer pays the Association, less any amounts which the Association may return to the member insurer, and such rates shall not be deemed excessive because they contain an amount reasonably calculated to recoup the assessment paid by the member insurer.\nHistory —Ins.
