The Association shall be subject to examination and regulation by the Commissioner. Each year, the Board of Directors shall submit to the Commissioner no later than one hundred and twenty (120) days after the close of the fiscal year of the Association, a financial report in the form prescribed by the Commissioner, and a report of its activities during the preceding fiscal year.\nHistory —Ins.
