There shall be no liability on the part of, nor shall any cause of action of any nature be instituted against a member insurer or its producers or employees, the Association or its producers or employees, the members of the Board of Directors, or the Commissioner or his/her representatives for any of their actions or omissions in the exercise of their powers and duties under this chapter. Such immunity shall be extended to their participation in any organization of associations with similar purposes in one or more states and to said organization, its producers and employees.\nHistory —Ins.
