A medical-hospital professional liability insurance program is hereby established in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, which shall be implemented pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. Said program and its activities shall be carried out by insurers licensed to contract accident insurance in Puerto Rico and an Insurers’ Syndicate, as provided in Article 41.020 of this chapter.\nHistory —Ins.
