The Commissioner shall collect the following fees and charges:\n(1) The filing fees of an application for a certificate of authority to act as an international insurer shall be three hundred fifty dollars ($350). Furthermore, the international insurer shall pay the following certificate of authority application fees according to the authority class being applied for:\n(a) Class 1 Authority: seven hundred fifty dollars ($750)\n(b) Class 2 Authority: one thousand dollars ($1,000)\n(c) Class 3 Authority: two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500)\n(d) Class 4 Authority: twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000)\n(e) Class 5 Authority: seven hundred fifty dollars ($750)\n(2) Every international insurer shall pay, on the date of its original authorization and of each renewal, an annual charge, as provided by the Commissioner by means of rules or regulations.\nHistory —Ins.
