(1) All licenses shall contain whatever information the Commissioner may deem pertinent, including the name, address, kinds of insurance and the number assigned to the license, and they shall be in the form prescribed by the Commissioner.(2) In the case of partnerships or corporation, the license shall also set forth the name of every person authorized by the same to exercise the powers conferred therein, indicating the kinds of insurance that said persons may transact pursuant to the same.(3) If the holder is a solicitor, the license shall contain the name of the producer the latter shall represent.
