(1) Beside[s] the denial, revocation or suspension of the license or in lieu of these, any of the following sanctions may be imposed on any licensee who violates any of the provisions of this Code:(a) Denial of the license in any capacity authorized pursuant to this Code for a term not to exceed five (5) years.(b) Administrative fine not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each fault; Provided, That the total amount of the fines imposed for different faults shall not exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).(c) Upon conviction of said violation through final judgment of a court, with a fine of not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor of more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).(2) Any of said penalties may be imposed as substitute to or jointly with any other provided by law.
