Every entity subject to the provisions of this chapter shall pay directly to its service providers, with the exception of the co-payment percentages for any necessary medical service that had been provided to an insured or client using the 9-1-1 system due to a medical emergency.\nHistory —Sept. 6, 2000, No. 383, § 4.
