Any violations of the provisions of this Code or the rules or regulations promulgated thereunder for which a sanction or penalty has not been expressly prescribed shall be subject to an administrative fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) or more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each violation.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2011, No. 194, § 2.080, eff. 180 days after Aug. 29, 2011.
