The Commissioner shall provide through policy letter the form and level of coverage of the basic health plan in its different metal plans options for the individual market, so as to comply with the federal provisions and provide, at least, the Essential Health Benefit Package in accordance with § 9005 of this title, which shall be appropriately adjusted to reflect the individual market.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2011, No. 194, added as § 10.090 on July 22, 2013, No. 69, § 1, eff. 60 days after July 22, 2013.
