(a) Disability income protection coverage.— Is a policy, contract, certificate or agreement that provides for periodic payments, weekly or monthly, for a specified period during the continuance of disability resulting from either sickness or injury or a combination of them.\n(b) Healthcare services.— Means services for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, cure or relief of a health condition, illness, injury or disease.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2011, No. 194, § 12.030, eff. 180 days after Aug. 29, 2011.
