Every limited health service organization shall establish and maintain a grievance system as provided in §§ 9391 et seq. and 9501 of this title, which shall be approved by the Commissioner and provide reasonable procedures for resolving written grievances initiated by subscribers and providers related to the provisions of the limited health service plan. Nothing herein shall be construed to preclude a subscriber or a provider from filing a grievance with the Commissioner or as limiting the Commissioner's ability to investigate such grievances.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2011, No. 194, added as § 16.130 on Aug. 23, 2012, No. 203, § 2, eff. 90 days after Aug. 23, 2012.
