(a) No limited health service organization shall engage in procurement and underwriting activities, if not by an authorized representative of such organization.\n(b) The provisions related to licensing, commissions, requirements, examination, controlled businesses, bonds, summons, books, documents, and reports of §§ 949 et seq. of this title shall apply to limited health service organizations intermediaries.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2011, No. 194, added as § 16.160 on Aug. 23, 2012, No. 203, § 2, eff. 90 days after Aug. 23, 2012.
