In addition to the suspension or revocation of the certificate of authority or in lieu of such penalty, a limited health service organization which has violated any provision of this Code, the Insurance Code of Puerto Rico, rule, regulation, or lawful order of the Commissioner, may be imposed the sanctions or penalties prescribed for issuers.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2011, No. 194, added as § 16.220 on Aug. 23, 2012, No. 203, § 2, eff. 90 days after Aug. 23, 2012.
