(a) The execution of a contract shall not relieve the health insurance organization or issuer of its liability to any person with whom it has contracted for the provision or coverage of services, nor of its responsibility for compliance with the law or applicable regulations.\n(b) All contracts shall be in writing and subject to review.\n(c) All contracts shall meet the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2011, No. 194, added as § 26.090 on Aug. 23, 2012, No. 203, § 6, eff. 90 days after Aug. 23, 2012.
