Once the procedures established in the previous section have been followed, the Permit Management Office shall proceed to officially adopt the regulations or the amendments thereto, as the case may be, and to remit a copy of the documents thus adopted to the Puerto Rico Planning Board for their approval. The revision thereof by the Board shall be limited to the special and administrative provisions discussed in the public hearings, without amending or repealing the technical provisions stated in §§ 43, 43a and 44 of this title.
