The School Zone Regulations, as well as the regulations and resolutions adopted by the Planning Board pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall be established and modified following the procedure of a prior public hearing provided in § 62z of this title. The regulations and resolutions adopted pursuant to this chapter shall take effect fifteen (15) days after approval by the Governor. The School Zone Regulations shall be adopted no later than one hundred and twenty (120) days following the effective date of this act. History —July 13, 1988, No. 84, p. 345, § 3.
