The Planning Board, in coordination with the Public Buildings Authority and the Department of Education, shall prepare a study to revise the standards of design of the school buildings in order to prevent and correct as far as possible those deficiencies that facilitate or encourage vandalism and the access of non-authorized persons and to achieve this chapter’s objectives. The study shall include recommendations regarding activities and uses that are complementary to school activity in harmony with the provisions of § 206a of this title.
