The Department of the Treasury, the Municipal Revenues Collection Center, the Department of Consumer Affairs, the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, the Development Bank, the Planning Board and any other agency the Planning Board deems should be authorized to such effects, are hereby authorized to approve rules and regulations to comply with the provisions of this chapter in those matters of concern to them pursuant to these provisions.
