As of the date of approval of this act, the Planning Board shall submit a report to the Legislature and to the Governor of Puerto Rico at the end of each phase of the process for preparing the Land-Use Plan. Said reports shall be submitted to and be approved by the Interagency Committee before being forwarded to the Legislature and to the Governor. Each of those documents shall contain information about the achievements attained during each of those periods, the difficulties faced in relation to the responsibilities provided by virtue of this chapter and the use of the public funds appropriated for the preparation of the Plan as well as any other information deemed necessary.
