(a) The Jácanas Rodríguez-Soler Site/ PO-29, located in Road 503 of the Jácanas Sector of Tibes Ward in the Municipality of Ponce, is hereby designated as a Historic Zone.(b) The Puerto Rico Planning Board is hereby directed to include the Jácanas Rodríguez-Soler Site/ PO-29, located in the Autonomous Municipality of Ponce, in the Puerto Rico Historic Sites and Zones Register.(c) The designation of this zone shall be made official through a plan prepared by the Planning Board, which shall clearly show the zone included within the designation. The plan must be ready not later than six (6) months after the approval of this act.(d) The Planning Board and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall file a report with the Legislative Assembly describing the efforts and procedures they have carried out to achieve the purposes of this measure, including their conclusions and recommendations, within a term not to exceed sixty (60) days after the approval of this act.(e) The Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, the Puerto Rico Historic Preservation Office, and the Puerto Rico Planning Board shall take the necessary measures to faithfully comply with this section.
