(a) The municipal track of the Municipality of Ceiba is hereby named after José Alberto Santos-Rodríguez.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission Act'.
