(a) The fire station located in the Municipality of Añasco is hereby designated as the 'Jovito Lugo-Portugués Fire Station'.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission Act'.
