(a) State Road PR-181, which runs from the boundary with the Municipality of San Lorenzo to the boundary with the Municipality of Trujillo Alto, is hereby named 'Arturo López-Sanabria Avenue'.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take measures as are necessary to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
