(a) The children’s playground at the correctional institution known as the Industrial School for Women in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico, is hereby designated as the Sandra Záiter Playground.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission and the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to enforce the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.(c) Should the Industrial School for Women ever transfer its facilities, which are currently located in the Municipality of Vega Alta, to any other location, it shall be the responsibility of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to ensure that the children’s playground herein described is also transferred in full to a space prepared for these purposes in the new facilities.
