(a) The stretch from La Curva sector in State Road PR-2, going North through State Road PR-4494 to the intersection with State Road PR-4472 in the Municipality of Isabela, is hereby designated with the name of 'Santiago Polanco-Abreu'.(b) The Highways Authority and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture are hereby directed to develop initiatives to raise the general public’s awareness of the scope of this section, as well as a special activity for the occasion of naming the stretch of State Road PR-4494 with the name of Santiago Polanco-Abreu.(c) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
