(a) State Road PR-251 in the Municipality of Culebra is hereby designated as the Hermanos Ávila-Esperanza Avenue.(b) The Department of Transportation and Public Works is hereby directed to designate State Road PR-251 in the Municipality of Culebra as Hermanos Avila-Esperanza Avenue, so that all agencies, corporations, and instrumentalities of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico may use the same in their documents.(c) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Department of Transportation and Public Works shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
