(a) The stretch of State Road PR-149 that runs from Km 4.0 where, as of the approval of this act, El Boricua Restaurant is located, up to the intersection with State Road PR-14 in the Municipality of Juana Díaz, is hereby designated as Carlos Bernier-Rodríguez Boulevard.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
