(a) Road PR-681 in the Islote Ward of the Municipality of Arecibo is hereby named after Mario Maldonado-Torres.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in conjunction with the Department of Transportation and Public Works, shall take the necessary measures to install the appropriate signs and comply with the provisions of this section.
