(a) Pending indictments for violations of the laws, or parts thereof, repealed or affected by this subchapter, committed prior to the effective date of this act, shall continue to be prosecuted under the act in force at the time the violation was committed.(b) Any civil action filed in relation with the structuring of any of the laws, or parts thereof, repealed or affected by this subchapter and in prosecution prior to the effectiveness of this act, shall not be affected by any of the repeals or modifications produced by this subchapter.(c) All administrative proceedings pending under the laws repealed or affected by this subchapter, on the effective date hereof, shall continue to be prosecuted until their final determination pursuant to the laws and regulations in force prior to the effective date of this act.
