The Commission members shall elect a chairperson and a secretary, who shall act as officers of the Commission. The chairperson shall be the main executive official and the secretary shall be the custodian of the official documents.The procedures for the election of the officers, the duration of terms, and the operation and administration of the Commission shall be adopted by regulations, pursuant to the powers granted in subsection (e) of § 76c of this title. The Commission shall reach agreements by a majority of the total number of its members. The Commission shall hold monthly meetings and additional meetings as deemed necessary.
