If the Commission finds that there is an insufficient payment of fees or canceling of stamps in any project or construction work, it shall notify the insufficiency to the parties concerned, who shall have a term of fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the notice to make the corresponding payment of fees and the canceling of stamps, as the case may be, before the government agency with jurisdiction. If any party does not agree with the finding of the Commission, it shall state its position in writing within the said term. History —Sept. 3, 2003, No. 249, § 14.
