Provisions are hereby made for the design, acquisition and updating of computer systems, and for other related activities and projects in the various programs of the Government of Puerto Rico as itemized in § 111a of this title, for the purposes and subject to the conditions thus specified, pursuant to the provisions that regulate the disbursement of public funds.
