According to the determinations in consensus with the Governor’s Commission on Information Systems and the Planning Board, and with the approval of the Governor, the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to apply any moneys appropriated in this chapter and which shall not be subsequently needed for the purposes contemplated herein, for any other improvements in the development of the information technology infrastructure approved by the Legislature, which are pending and which are to be charged to the General Fund.
